The front and back of the jersey have weird weed leaf art in a repeating pattern and the number 420. The pot leaves are hot pink, green, and black. The number 420 is hot pink with a black outline in a creepy dripping style. It's surrounded by a green circle with a black outline. The top of the jersey and the sleeves have a hot pink and black trippy checkers pattern.
